Ben at Marshall Lawrence Surveyors provided a Level 3 survey for the flat I am purchasing. He was reliable, fast, thorough and extremely helpful. The survey was conducted within days of my mortgage offer and I received a detailed and clear report within 2 working days. Ben even called me straight after completing his inspection to give a first opinion, which i found very reassuring, and organised a video call to talk me through the report and answer questions. Due to adverse weather he couldn’t fly the drone on the day of the survey to inspect the roof, so he offered to go out a second time to do so. As a first time buyer I was worried about what to expect, and he made the process seamless and stress-less. Honestly, if I could I’d give them 6 stars!
