Marshall Laurence carried out a RICS Lvl 3 on a 3-bed house for me and found defects that I was not aware of. Cost estimates were provided in the report - that was extremely helpful as it allowed me to negotiate down the price of the house so the cost of the report was worth every penny. Extremely quick turnaround - was informed that the report usually takes 7 days to issue however they sent it to me 3 days after the survey. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Marshall Laurence for building surveys. I used ML surveyors for the purchase of my 1 bed flat in South-East London. Within a week of getting in touch, Ben Almond carried out the survey on my prospective property and within 4 days I was supplied with a copy of the report. Ben made contact on the day he was surveying, in case there was anything I needed to raise and provide an overview of findings. He sat with me on a call to go over the report in full and finally provided quotes in order for me to re-negotiate price based on findings. I have successfully re-negotiated price so the survey was well worth it. Really comprehensive service from start to finish. Will be using ML again in the future when I inevitably upsize. Thanks Ben!
