Excellent service from Tom and Ben at Marshall Laurence. We had a full Level 3 survey done on a property, which uncovered some problems we were glad to know about. Tom took the time to talk us through the report and offer advice as well as diagnoses - something we really appreciated. The report itself was incredibly detailed and careful, and will really help us with renovations on the property. It also helped us negotiate 5k of the price of the house - so paid for itself several times over. Really fantastic personal, friendly service, which I'd recommend very highly.

I am incredibly glad that I found Ben and Marshall Laurence Surveyors to do a snagging survey of a new build (which is now our home). The service was smooth, responsive, and professional all the way through.
